It’s finally time to plant Eden in Hartford, CT! Naomi and I are from Hartford, and like many young Hartford natives, I was looking for any way out after High School. I moved to Virginia Beach to study Biblical Studies, then London for my masters of philosophy and religion. I never thought I’d live in Hartford again, but God called me home.

In 2016, I moved back to CT and built a wild young adult ministry called Journey with a lively culture and unique impact that exploded in its final year. God used those years to put such a passion and vision for Hartford County in me that I’d never thought I’d leave. But after I met and fell in love with Naomi, God called us to Holy Trinity Church in Northern Virginia.

HTC welcomed our family, loved us well, nurtured our gifts, and after 4 years and with many tears, resourced and sent us back home to the city we never stopped dreaming and talking about — Hartford, CT. 

We couldn’t be more in love with Hartford, and we are convinced that God wants to pour new life without measure into this city. The city some have overlooked and abandoned will become like the Garden of Eden (Ezekiel 36:33-35). We want to help you to experience the abundant life only Jesus can provide (John 10:10), and to disciple you to bring that life to others.
